Why am I receiving emails in Italian or the wrong language?

Don't worry, we aren't trying to get you to learn a new language... 

We are sorry that we don't have the correct language settings for your account. 

To change the language settings, the best thing to do is to email our customer service team and let them know what language you would like to receive emails in and the email address you signed up to LIVENow with. 

We can then change the language settings for your account.
