What type of classes are available on LIVENow Fitness?

We at LIVENow know that committing to a LIVE fitness class increases your accountability and makes you more likely to achieve your fitness goals. 

Turn up, in the moment, with plenty of others and sweat, sculpt or gain strength. We have over 60 new classes a week with top fitness experts available live and then on-demand, across two LIVENow studios.

But we are also realistic...

We know you are busy. And we don't want you to be limited to just live classes so offer all of our fitness classes on demand for 28 days. 

We've got two studios - Fitness and Mindfulness - serving up over 60 brand new classes each week.
Classes in the Fitness studio are designed to build strength, make you sweat, and sculpt you.

Our Mindfulness studios challenge you in a different with classes designed to help you Flex and Restore whether through yoga, pilates, mobility, or meditation.

  • Bodyweight Conditioning
  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Boxing
  • Muay Thai

So there really is something for everyone, especially as we offer classes for Beginners, people with an Intermediate level of fitness and those of you out there who consider yourselves Advanced.
