What should I do if I bought an event on the LIVENow app, but it is not showing up in 'My Account'?

If you buy an event on our iOS or Android app, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your purchase from either Apple or Google. 

This will give you access to the event.

If you can see a countdown clock counting down towards the event this means you have access to the event.

At the moment the record of your purchase does not show up in your 'My Account' section but you can still access the stream.
