The actions you need to take to cancel your subscription depend on how you bought it.
Cancelling a subscription purchased on the LIVENow website
Go to https://www.live-now.com/en-int/page/home and login
Click on 'My Account' and go to the section ‘Active Subscriptions’
The pass should be displayed with a ‘cancel’ button:
Click on the cancel button and this subscription cancelled message should be displayed. That is done!
You will continue to have access to the pass until the end of the subscription period, but you won’t be charged again.
Cancelling a subscription purchased through LIVENow Android app:
- Go to the Google Play Store
- Click on your User Account and select your Google Account
- Go to Payments and Subscriptions tab
- Select Manage Subscriptions
- The purchased subscription should be available, select the subscription to be cancelled.
- Select Cancel Subscription on the confirmation message.
Cancelling a subscription purchased through the LIVENow iOS app:
- Go to App Store
- Click on the User Account
- Select Purchased
- Go to the Subscriptions and Cancel the Subscription
